Returns

• Return of products/goods acceptable within 14 days.
• Mattress should not have been slept on.
• Return cost is on buyer so kindly do not unpack the mattress if there is a change of mind.
• Return acceptable only if the product is in original condition, securely wrapped, and not have been used.
• Return costs is on buyer therefore we advice to track your product for your satisfaction.
• Returned product will be inspected thoroughly and than than refund will be done usually within 2 working days.
• Kindly inform us if the product is faulty, damaged, or not the same product as you ordered within 48 hours of delivery.
• Details and images of the damaged product may be requested.
• We try our best to deliver you the product as you ordered in original condition, still notify us with the issue so that we can resolve it in time.
• Replacement will dispatch to you in case any faulty part/product. Full exchange can also be offered in some cases.
• Full refund can be offered if we are unable to replace or exchange the product in reasonable time
